"We had a wonderful time. I have to say that I was a little concerned when I made the reservations. With my disability, I wasn't sure how it was going to work. You assured me it would be fine, and it was. You were outstanding. You took care of my every need. I know it was difficult for you handling my chair. I'm not a small guy and you handled it in stride. We were amazed at how easy you were able to get us into the castles and churches through places most people never see. Your knowledge of the sights was extraordinary.
Again, we could not have had a better time. I wish we had spent more time with you in England and less time on our river cruise. We are looking forward to our next private tour with you. Again thank you for everything. Karen and I wish you and your family a wonderful holiday."

"Peter, My wife and I had a marvelous time at both Warwick Castle and Stratford upon Avon. Above and beyond just getting us to those places, you provided us with insight and anecdotes that truly made us feel special and "in the know". We will have to find you for our next trip and take your tour to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. Again thank you for the excellent tour" ~ Linda and Peter Rapp |
"For my parents and myself, our journey was the trip of a lifetime, and you made every moment of it special and memorable. Ideally we would have done it ten years ago when both mobility and mental acuity was a bit sharper, but it was well worth the effort to do it now.
As I said in person, we quite literally could not have done it without you---and I think you were being a bit modest in saying another registered guide could have provided the service. You went above and beyond the call off duty so often and with such cheerfulness and energy that I truly doubt anyone else could or would have done it. I know my parents are a special and difficult case, and I appreciated so much the patience and generosity you showed to all three of us." ~ Patrick Page NY 10025" |
